These terms cover the Arrows 3D website and game, including the web version and any official iOS and Android versions when available.
Using Arrows 3D
Arrows 3D is published by AstraPlay Games. By using Arrows 3D, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. If you are not old enough to enter an agreement where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review these terms and authorize your use. Contact mail@arrows3d.com about these terms.
Permission to play
You may use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and applicable law. The game, artwork, branding, and software remain the property of their respective owners. This permission does not transfer ownership or restrict rights that applicable law gives you.
Fair play
Do not submit fabricated scores, manipulate ranked attempts, impersonate another player, access other players’ data, bypass security controls, disrupt the service, or use automated tools to abuse the game or its infrastructure. We may remove invalid scores or restrict access reasonably necessary to address abuse or security risks. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
Progress and daily rankings
Campaign progress, preferences, and practice records are stored on your device. Clearing site or app data, changing devices, or uninstalling may cause their loss. Verified account login and campaign cloud synchronization are not currently available. Daily challenges use UTC dates; the first valid submitted clear determines your ranking, and replays do not replace it. Network problems may delay or prevent submission. Rankings are for entertainment and do not promise prizes.
Availability and changes
The service may change or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, technical problems, or other reasons. An internet connection is needed for online features and remotely delivered game content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or permanent preservation of local progress. We may update these terms and will post the revised date here; material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
Mobile platforms and payments
Apple and Google provide their own store terms and privacy notices. These terms do not replace applicable store terms or Apple’s standard end-user license agreement where it applies. The current game has no enabled purchases or subscriptions. Any future paid feature will present its price and applicable terms before purchase; mandatory refund and consumer rights remain unaffected.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains guest identification, local storage, online rankings, website analytics, and how to request access or deletion of data.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without promises that it will be error-free or fit every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer protections. Your local mandatory rights continue to apply.
